My art piece showcases the different ways humanity has a bad and negitive impact on the island’s enviroment, such as plastic in the ocean, dead marine animals and pollution. My piece shows some of negitive parts of Bermuda that are less recognized because of their “bad” qualities, but in order to help the island contain it’s beauty people need to be aware of the parts of Bermuda that are not shown to the audience. In this piece I drew the Vixen shipwreck, abandoned Bermuda houses, marine animals washed ashore, Belco’s air pollution, plastic pollution, and a storm that represents the hurricanes that damage parts of Bermuda.
